Prizegiving
Daily prizegiving on Saturday & Sunday will be held in the yacht club one hour after the last boat has finished the last race of the day. Prizegiving on Monday will commence in the yacht club immediately after the last boat has been hoisted out of the water.
Recovery
Recovery of boats will commence immediately after the last race on the Monday. You should proceed to the crane and wait to be lifted out in the predetermined order.
Registration and Briefing
Registration will take place from 0830-1030 on Saturday in the yacht club. A briefing will be held in the yacht club at 1100 on Saturday morning.
Rigging and Launching
If you intend to come on Friday (and it would help greatly) park at the bottom of the slope down to the harbour with the triangle immediately in front of you. We will try and get you in immediately on Friday. If late please rig as launching will commence at 0800 on Saturday morning. Once launched you may proceed to the berthing area as directed by the harbour staff. The tide will still be low when we start launching, so please bring fenders and long warps with you.
Championship Supper
This will be held on the Saturday evening, please book your places with the Secretary on 01262 678 319, if you did not do so on your entry form.
